My body needs so much work on it, a real deep sports massage needed, and that is what l had.

Then lovely swim afterwards, with sauna and steam.

Feeling a lot more mobile now already.

Went in with pain and stiffness in elbow (tennis elbow). Rory explained what was going on with my arm and how he was treating it. After an hour much looser and less painful. Feels like good progress. Thanks Rory
